I approached kiwicad design in October 2008 to build my home.  
My requirements were for a designer who I could trust along with expertise and advice, suggestions, and assistance in decision making.
Above all I wanted the project to come in on budget and time.

We were shown computer models of the house during the design stage, which really helped us 'see' what it would look like.  The kitchen and bathrooms worked out exactly what we thought!.

Bernard and his team were always approachable, great communicators and even arranged a builder.

Double glazed windows, heat pump hot water, and the extra insulation along with a North facing placement has resulted in a very warm home.

It was amazing that my dream home was completed in six months.

Fantastic! We love our new kitchen and 2 bedroom addition.  We just cant believe the difference.
