How do I start the building plan design ball rolling?...

Ok, so you are ready to get going.... great, give us a ring, tell us what you require,
and we will figure out whether its feasible or not (does the site allow the proposed project, ballpark project costs, budget, etc).
If it sounds ok, we'll arrange a meeting to make it all happen. We have developed over time a checklist to make sure it all works.
The main items we need to start (if known) are:
1. site address and/or boundary dimensions if known.
2. your scrapbook full of ideas or a picture or 2 from a magazine of what you like the look of. (This is not too important but helps)
3. some sort of budget (we can help you with that based on realistic figures)
Our services and clients are predominantly based in the greater Waikato and Coromandel, North Island, New Zealand. However, we have done many a project via email with clients based overseas.
