The exciting part. We work with you after reviewing the design brief to provide the features requested
while also suggesting possibilites based on our analysis to think about.

We utilise the design elements available and attempt to optimise them – sun, light, warmth, aspect, visual appeal.

Some initial ideas are presented after a site visit in the form of:

• Sketch Plans (floor plans, site plans)
• Exterior Elevations – showing the proposed style and materials
• 3D Views and Walkthroughs – showing more elevations inside and out from viewports

This step usually involves measuring the existing house (if any). and obtaining site metrics (boundary location and levels) to use as a basis for further work.

This is the first step towards the final developed design and forms the broad direction and scope of works the project may take.
